Description :

The inverted confocal microscope Leica SP8 is equipped with the latest generation of hybrid detectors, 4 times more sensitive than PMT detectors, allowing acquisition of weak signals. The implemented laser diodes allow for lower excitation level than with gas lasers. Its resonant scanner can improve the number of acquired images up to a speed of 33 frames/sec, reducing the risk of photo-bleaching. It is ideal for fixed samples including embryonic sections.
