Description
The Olympus wide field microscope was upgraded in 2015 with a new illumination system (LED – SpectraX) and a recent CMOS camera. This system is particularly suitable for 3D acquisitions of fixed or living cells (not for time lapse). His large multi-band filters range, the big size of CMOS captor and the possibility to manage multipoint acquisitions make of this system a good tool for rapid medium-throughput acquisitions.
