Description

This wide field microscope is specifically dedicated to video-microscopy (Thermostated chamber, auto-focus PFS-Nikon). Two cameras are available. Thanks to sensible EM-CCD camera and PFS-Nikon system, this system allows time lapses of weak fluorescent signal, specifically from prokaryote models.
