Description

The wide-field microscope DMIRE2 has two illumination systems: metal Halid lamp or DG4 (for live imaging). This last system quickly orientates the light beam in front of the different excitation filters, allowing to sequentially excite multiple fluorophores. This microscope can be equipped upon request with a thermostated chamber controlling temperature and CO2. It is particularly adapted for live imaging of cell cultures.
